Assistant Wedding Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Wedding Cooridnator. You will provide critical support during events. Acting as an extra pair of “hands, eyes and ears” on the wedding day. This role is ideal for someone seeking to build a career in the wedding industry.

Key Duties

  • Day-of Logistics: Support the lead planner with on-site excecution, including setting up personal decor (place cards, guest book) and overseeing the event breakdown.
  • Guest Services: Serve as a resource for their questions or unexpected needs throughout the event.

Skillls and Qualifications

  • Communication: Able to interact professionally with diverse vendors and cleints.
  • Organization: Ability to prioritize overlapping tasks and maintain focus in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Physical Stamina: Must be able to walk and stand for 9-12 hours.
  • Flexibility: Essential availability on weekends and occasionally late nights.
