Job Summary:

The Assistant Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient inventory management and optimize warehouse processes. If you have a background in warehouse operations and are ready to take on a leadership role, we invite you to apply.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  1. Warehouse Support:

    • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
    • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and inventory control.
  2. Team Supervision:

    • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to lead and manage warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
    • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and efficiency among the team.
  3. Inventory Oversight:

    • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and replenishments.
    • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in stock management.
  4. Process Enhancement:

    • Work with the Warehouse Manager to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Support efforts to streamline receiving, storage, and distribution procedures.
  5. Vendor Coordination:
