Position Summary
The Facilities & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the training center facility and shooting ranges. This position performs day-to-day facilities, range, and logistics support functions, including inspections, coordination of vendor activities, documentation, and execution of maintenance and compliance-related tasks.
This position serves as the lead coordinator for daily Range Operations Specialist scheduling and coverage, pro-shop coordination, and operational support activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Perform general facilities support tasks requiring practical mechanical aptitude, including basic carpentry, minor electrical or plumbing adjustments, fixture installation, and equipment troubleshooting, consistent with training, authorization, and safety requirements.
  2. Conduct daily inspections of shooting ranges, classrooms, common areas, exterior grounds, and compliance-related facility components to ensure safety, cleanliness, operational readiness, and regulatory compliance.
  3. Coordinate vendor access, scheduling, and on-site activities; monitor work for completion and report deficiencies to management.
  4. Assist with range maintenance activities including target systems, ventilation checks, lane readiness, and other operational support requirements.
  5. Maintain inspection logs, maintenance records, inventory records, and compliance documentation.
  6. Support hazardous materials handling, waste management, and environmental health and safety activities in accordance with applicable requirements.
  7. Coordinate facility setup, reset, equipment movement, storage, and logistical support for training events, client activities, and special projects.
  8. Assist with procurement, inventory control, stock replenishment, and accountability of facility, range, and pro-shop equipment and supplies.
  9. Coordinate daily scheduling, assignments, and coverage for Range Operations Specialists and serve as the primary operational point of contact during daily activities.
  10. Provide on-the-job guidance and operational direction to Range Operations Specialists consistent with established policies, procedures, and management direction.
  11. Monitor range operations activities to ensure compliance with safety requirements, operational procedures, and customer service expectations.
  12. Coordinate daily pro-shop operations, including coverage, inventory organization, customer support, and operational readiness.
  13. Escalate safety, compliance, facility, or operational concerns to management in a timely manner.
  14. Support emergency preparedness activities, drills, and facilities-related response efforts.
  15. Perform other facilities, logistics, range support, and operational duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Skills
  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 2+ years of experience in facilities support, logistics, maintenance, operations, or related technical roles.
  3. Experience supporting facilities, shooting range, warehouse, logistics, or training operations in a multi-functional environment.
  4. Working knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, safety standards, and facility operations.
  5. Experience with inventory control, equipment accountability, procurement, or logistics processes.
  6. Experience coordinating staff schedules, work assignments, or operational coverage in a facilities, logistics, training, customer service, or related environment.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead daily operational activities and provide direction to team members without direct supervisory authority.
  8. Experience working in a regulated, compliance-driven, or safety-sensitive environment.
  9. Basic understanding of environmental, health, and safety compliance requirements.
  10. Experience with customer service, retail, pro-shop, or other client-facing operations.
  11. Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills.
  12. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, adapt to changing operational requirements, and effectively manage competing priorities.
  13. Ability to follow established procedures, policies, and escalation protocols.

Required Certifications (May Be Obtained After Hire)
The following certifications are required for this position. Candidates who do not currently hold these certifications must obtain them within timeframes established following hire.

  3. Lead Safety Awareness Training.
Work Conditions
  1. Primarily Monday through Friday business hours.
  2. Occasional extended or weekend hours may be required based on operational needs.
