Diagnostic Radiologist Opportunity โ€“ Venango County

$100,000 Sign-On Bonus | Full-Time | Onsite | Leadership Opportunities | PSLF Eligible | H-1B Sponsorship Available

Position Overview

A nonprofit, integrated health system in Northwest Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to join a well-established, collaborative radiology department at its hospital in Seneca, PA. This is a primarily onsite role with broad modality exposure, strong procedural support, and optional leadership opportunities.

  • Permanent, full-time position

  • Medical Director or Assistant Director roles available for experienced candidates

Practice Setting
  • Mondayโ€“Friday day shift schedule

  • No travel between sites

  • Weekday and weekend coverage shared equally

    • Approximately 1:4 call

  • Join a collegial group of general radiologists supported by experienced Radiology Practitioner Assistants (RPAs)

  • RPAs perform procedures and assist with workflow to support efficiency and workโ€“life balance

Clinical Scope
  • All modalities, including:

    • CT

    • MRI

    • Ultrasound

    • Nuclear Medicine

    • General Diagnostic Radiology

  • Procedures include:

    • Fluoroscopy

    • Myelograms

    • Paracentesis

    • Thoracentesis

    • Thyroid biopsies

    • Lumbar punctures

    • Light IR procedures for sedation cases

  • Breast imaging preferred, not required

Compensation & Incentives
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus (full-time onsite position)
