Ironwood Animal Hospital is looking for a f ull - t ime Veterinary Assistant/Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in San Tan Valley, AZ.
About You
Y ou'll play an important role in both the patient and client experience, supporting exceptional care from check-in to discharge. This hybrid position combines hands-on veterinary assistant responsibilities, including patient restraint, outpatient treatments, and laboratory support, with client service duties such as welcoming clients, managing communications, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a positive experience throughout every visit.

Your Experience & Skills
• Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience required
• Experience with Fear Free handling techniques preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Possesses a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated
