About the Role
This role will support our licensed service team by handling high-volume, non-licensed customer interactions so licensed team members can focus on complex service and coverage conversations. You'll be a key part of delivering a smooth, friendly customer experience while keeping our office organized and efficient.
This is an unlicensed, in-office, part-time position supporting two State Farm agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Call Support
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with unlicensed transactions (such as taking payments)
  • Gather customer information and route calls appropriately or create CRM tasks for licensed team members to complete transactions

Outbound Engagement
  • Contact customers to share information or request follow-up items
  • Call customers to set appointments
  • Make birthday and relationship-building calls

Customer Experience & Office Support
  • Work assigned customer service tasks that do not require an insurance license
  • Ask satisfied customers for online reviews and referrals
  • Assist customers with setting up their State Farm online accounts
  • Verify and update customer information to ensure CRM accuracy
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail

Compensation & Growth
  • $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience
  • Non-exempt, hourly position
