She Recruits is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to recruit a Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient primary care opportunity in New Orleans, Louisiana.
This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, relationship-based primary care to patients of all ages while making a meaningful impact within a diverse and culturally rich community. You'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, delivering preventive care, managing acute and chronic conditions, and helping improve healthcare access for Vietnamese-speaking patients.

Position Highlights
  • Comprehensive outpatient primary care

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and preventive health screenings
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across the lifespan
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving long-term health outcomes
  • Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic testing
  • Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with Louisiana regulations
  • Provide preventive care and educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and chronic disease management
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health professionals, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals
Qualifications
Required
  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • Active Louisiana Physician Assistant license (or ability to obtain)
  • DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive patient care
Preferred
  • One year of primary care experience
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
  • Passion for community health and preventive medicine
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $105,000-$145,000based on experience
