Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.

Role: Content Creator

Location: Seattle, WA

About the role:

As Content Creator, you'll own the end-to-end production of video content — from concept through to delivery — working closely with senior executives and internal stakeholders to bring stories to life. You'll be comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it, and confident shaping narratives that resonate across channels. This is a hands-on role that requires equal parts creative skill, technical ability, and professional polish.

What you will be doing:
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for social media, digital channels, internal communications, and executive thought leadership programmes
  • Appear on camera when required, presenting content with confidence and professionalism
  • Write clear, engaging copy to support video content, including scripts, captions, and short-form editorial
  • Work directly with clients and senior executives to understand their communication goals and translate them into compelling content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to brief, on time, and to a high standard
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders — including communications, marketing, and HR teams — to align content with broader messaging and campaigns
  • Maintain a consistent visual and editorial style across all output, in line with the client's brand guidelines
  • Stay current on social media trends and formats, applying platform-native thinking to content delivery
  • Contribute ideas and creative perspectives in briefings and content planning sessions
  • Support continuous improvement of content workflows, tools, and quality standards
What you need to be great in this role:
  • Proven ability to create professional video content end-to-end — planning, filming, editing, and delivering
  • Confidence on camera, with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with or supporting senior stakeholders, executives, or leadership teams
  • Solid copywriting skills: clear, concise, and adaptable across formats and audiences
  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • Experience creating content across social media platforms and internal communications channels
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Nice to have: experience with motion graphics, animation, or audio production
  • Experience with Gen AI tools relevant to content creation to enhance output quality and efficiency
  • Experience building personal AI workflows to improve efficiency — for example, script drafting, caption generation, or content ideation
  • Hands-on agentic approach to content development: ability to break down a brief, plan a production process
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply human judgement to ensure quality and authenticity
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $106,250.00 to $118,750.00.
