By mid-morning, you could be coordinating travel logistics for an upcoming leadership offsite in London, working with colleagues across time zones to nail down the agenda.
After lunch, you might spend time planning the quarterly All Hands meeting - sourcing a venue, coordinating with IT for AV setup, and managing the invite list

Throughout the day, you'll field requests from team members, triage incoming communications, and ensure your leader is prepared and on-time for each engagement. You'll wrap up by prepping tomorrow's schedule and flagging any conflicts that need resolution.
