POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Marketing Communications Manager, the Video Marketing Specialist will develop, produce and optimize video content that supports our brand, engages our audience, and drives measurable business growth. This role combines storytelling, technical productions skills, and marketing strategy to deliver high-impact video campaigns across multiple platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Provides exemplary customer service by "Exceeding Expectations One Opportunity at a Time"
2. Plan, create, and execute video marketing strategies aligned with business goals
3. Produce high quality video content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertising
4. Manage the full video production process (concept, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing)
5. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop compelling visual stories
6. Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
7. Analyze video performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI
8. Maintain brand consistency across all video content
9. Stay up to date with video trends, tools and best practices
10. Deals with customers as needed
11. Proofread marketing copy for accuracy, spelling and grammar
12. Travel to shows as needed for Marketing Department
13. Coordinates workflow
14. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
15. Keep projects on schedule
16. Maintain procedures manual to ensure consistent performance of routines
17. Assist all areas of the Marketing Department as needed
18. Responsible for learning and following daily policies and procedures for the Marketing Department and Bay Mills Resort & Casino
19. Must attend all mandatory trainings designated by the Human Resources Department and/or Department Director, including TIPS and Title 31
20. Performs and ensures compliance with the Bay Mills Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations
21. Other duties may be assigned within the scope and complexity of this position's essential functions
