Job description
Customer Service Representative
Location: Addison, IL
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (onsite, 5 days a week)
Pay Rate: $28–$36 per hour

Duties:
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and accurate order processing from entry through delivery
- Manage order status updates, coordinate with internal departments, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records within ERP or MRP systems
- Generate and review reports in Excel to track orders, shipments, and customer communications
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure accurate fulfillment and scheduling
- Provide exceptional service by handling escalations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining positive client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of customer service and order processing experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong background working in ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, or Epicor
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
