The Commercial Deposit Portfolio Manager partners closely with Commercial Deposit Officers to support, manage, and grow a portfolio of treasury management clients. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all treasury management services, overseeing client onboarding, account setup, service delivery, and ongoing relationship management. The position plays a key role in client retention, cross-sell efforts, and achieving team deposit growth goals.
Job Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of commercial deposit products and treasury management services.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal partners and clients.
  • Experience with account onboarding and treasury management implementation.
  • College degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Preferred 2+ years in portfolio relationship management or customer relationship assistant experience.

Job Description:
  • Work closely with Commercial Deposit Officers to support new and existing client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all treasury management clients, providing ongoing support and issue resolution
  • Set up, manage, and maintain all treasury management services, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Prepare treasury management analysis statements and present findings to internal partners and clients as needed
  • Onboard all new treasury management clients, including product selection, documentation, system setup, and training
  • Open and maintain commercial deposit accounts in accordance with bank policies and procedures
  • Monitor account activity and service utilization to ensure client needs are being met
  • Identify and resolve pending items, service issues, or operational exceptions in a timely manner
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings with assigned Commercial Deposit Officers to review pipeline activity, pending items, and portfolio priorities
