The Treasury Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator role includes assisting all areas of UnitedHealth Group's Treasury department in administrative tasks, including electronic and paper document management, calendar and meeting planning, arranging travel and expense reimbursement, and coordinating real estate, information and communications services and materials procurement.
The role will also assist UnitedHealth Group Treasury's Investment Management, Cash Management, Treasury Solutions, Capital Markets, Capital Management, Treasury Accounting, International Treasury, Risk Financing & Insurance and Enterprise Risk Management teams with varied administrative tasks on a temporary or ongoing basis.
This position is open due to the internal promotion of the incumbent and is expected to be an initial role in the Treasury Department. The last two incumbents in this role have been promoted to new roles within the Treasury Department.
If you reside within a commutable distance to Minnetonka, MN, you will have the flexibility to work from home and the office in this hybrid role* as you take on some tough challenges.
This role is based in UnitedHealth Group's Minnetonka, MN headquarters office on a "hybrid" in-office/work at home schedule.
This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Electronic and paper document management
  • Calendar and meeting planning
  • Arranging travel and expense reimbursement
  • Coordinating real estate, information and communications services and materials procurement

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience successfully managing multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proven excellent communication and relationship skills
  • Proven career growth mindset
  • Reside within commuting distance from Minnetonka, MN

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using S&P Concur
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Visio, SharePoint and Ariba
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, including AdobeSign
  • Proficiency in DocuSign

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $49,700 - $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
