Is on-call required? Yes As needed
Are weekends required? Yes Rotating after full competency
Special requirements: Generalist must also have Blood Bank exp; After training, clinicians will be expected to fill schedule gaps as needed, which may include night shifts. The schedule will vary, with most shifts being 8 hours and some 10 hours. When working 10-hour shifts, the schedule will typically consist of 4x10s. If scheduled for four consecutive night shifts, clinicians will have at least 24–48 hours off before being scheduled again.
