Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to lead and oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional team performance. In this position, you will manage workforce accountability, enforce regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in transportation logistics, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations Management: Oversee logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks, specialists, and support staff.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce DOT regulations, OSHA, C-TPAT, company policies, and safety protocols.
  • Talent Development: Train and develop team members to maintain operational proficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with operational requirements, equipment usage, uniform policies, and productivity goals.
  • Technology Utilization: Optimize efficiency through transportation software and reporting tools.
  • Safety Leadership: Oversee compliance with DOT Hours of Service, Pre/Post-Trip inspections, and coordinate with the Safety department.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a culture of professionalism, quality service, and ethical conduct.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in management, transportation, or related field (or Associate's degree with 4+ years' experience in logistics/operations).
  • Proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, transportation software (TMW, PeopleNet, etc.), and reporting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of transportation fleet modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT compliance.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
