Job Title: Full-Time Automotive Service Porter

Location: Hubler Toyota, Indianapolis, IN 46227

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our service department as a Full-Time Service Porter. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced automotive setting and take pride in keeping vehicles and work areas clean and organized, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and move their vehicles safely to and from service lanes, service bays, and parking areas.

  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the service drive, shop, and customer waiting areas.

  • Assist with vehicle deliveries, shuttling customers, and picking up/dropping off vehicles as needed.

  • Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas and keys are properly tagged and stored.

  • Support service advisors and technicians with general tasks as needed.

  • Perform basic lot organization and inventory checks.


Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day in all weather conditions.


Schedule & Compensation:
  • Full-Time Position – typically Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
