Position Summary


The Assistant to CEO is a high-trust, high-impact role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. This position serves as the primary strategic integrator, turning vision into execution, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving accountability at every level of the organization.

You will act as an extension of the Founder: organizing priorities, creating clarity, removing friction, and ensuring that critical initiatives move forward with discipline and follow-through. Over time, the role evolves from hands-on coordination to

co-ownership of key operating rhythms and leadership processes.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Support & Execution


  • Partner with the Founder/CEO and President to clarify, document, and advance strategic priorities
  • Translate ideas, voice notes, white papers, and conversations into clear action plans, timelines, and concise execution documents
  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies; design and implement solutions before they affect performance.

Operating Rhythm & Accountability


  • Own quarterly priorities (“Rocks”): define scope, assign ownership, track progress, and ensure on-time completion.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate leadership and execution meetings, ensuring clear agendas, issue resolution, and follow-through.


  • Maintain visibility into commitments, decisions, and dependencies so nothing stalls or slips.

Founder Enablement


  • Manage and protect the Founder’s time and focus by triaging requests, preparing briefing materials, and eliminating low-leverage distractions.
  • Anticipate needs, surface decisions early, and clear obstacles for the Founder and leadership team.

Communication & Coordination


  • Serve as a connective hub across teams, leaders, and external partners.
  • Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder when appropriate.
  • Monitor organizational health, project status, and emerging issues; provide concise summaries and recommendations.

Process, Systems & Technology


  • Champion the use of AI tools, automation, and modern systems to increase clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Demonstrates technical aptitude and the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
  • Build and refine internal processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support growth without unnecessary complexity.
  • Improve documentation and institutional memory so execution is repeatable, not dependent on individual personalities.

Execution Assurance


  • Ensure follow-through across initiatives, meetings, and commitments.
  • Hold teams accountable with professionalism and respect.
  • Maintain comprehensive task tracking so nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications & Experience


  • 5+ years in senior operations, project leadership, or strategic execution roles within a growing organization.
  • Demonstrated experience translating vision into execution in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.
  • Familiarity with EOS or similar operating systems is strongly preferred.
  • Background in financial services is helpful but not required; strong business acumen and learning agility are essential.
