Job Title: Assistant to the Lead Caregiver Trainer & Caregiver - Field Support, Training & Meet-and-Greets (Howell/Brighton)
Body:
FirstLight Home Care of Greater Brighton is hiring a flexible, people-first Assistant to our Lead Caregiver Trainer to support our clients, families, and caregivers across the Howell and Brighton area. This is a hands-on hybrid role: you'll spend about 20 hours a week assisting with training and field supervision, and about 20 hours a week providing direct client care.

  • Provide direct client care about 20 hours per week - bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, and companionship
  • Step in to support scheduling and coverage needs, including some nights and weekends
