Provide administrative support related to the Principal's various business interests and outside activities. Handle special projects and evolving responsibilities with limited direction. Communicate proactively by phone, email, and in person and be comfortable picking up the phone when something needs to be resolved. Develop a strong understanding of the Principal's preferences, priorities, communication style, and working habits. Provide thoughtful guardrails around the Principal's schedule and be confident enough to recommend when commitments should be delegated, declined, or reprioritized. Maintain flexibility as the position and the Principal's professional responsibilities continue to evolve.
