This role provides unique visibility into corporate strategy, engineering, sales & marketing, operations, manufacturing, commercial activities, finance, and international business.

The Executive Business Associate will function as an extension of the President, helping drive priorities to completion, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive communications and presentations, organizing complex meetings and travel, and ensuring critical actions are executed. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn every aspect of a rapidly growing technology company.

This position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel and is ideal for someone seeking an accelerated path toward future leadership opportunities.

    • Participate in customer meetings, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions as requested.
    • Assist with special projects, technology acquisitions, commercialization initiatives, operational improvements, and other executive priorities.
    • Travel alongside the President as needed to customer sites, conferences, company locations, international offices, and executive meetings.
  • Executive Administration

    • Prepare and submit expense reports and assist with purchasing and administrative documentation.
    • Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, presentation materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
    • Screen incoming requests and communications while exercising sound judgment regarding priorities.
    • Maintain confidential files, documents, and executive correspondence with the highest level of discretion.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Serve as a liaison between the President and company leadership to ensure priorities remain aligned and communication flows effectively.
    • Coordinate information requests across departments and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
    • Monitor progress of strategic initiatives and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
    • Help remove barriers that impede execution by coordinating stakeholders and escalating issues when appropriate.
    • Build productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Communication & Executive Support
    • Draft executive communications, presentations, announcements, and meeting materials.
    • Assist with preparation for leadership meetings, customer presentations, investor and M&A discussions, leadership off-sites, and company events.
    • Represent the President professionally during interactions with employees, customers, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
    • Handle confidential business matters with professionalism, maturity, and exceptional judgment.
Key Competencies & Skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of professionalism, maturity, discretion, and executive presence.
