About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Events and Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the planning and execution of various events while also assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about event coordination and sales, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event logistics are managed effectively
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation related to event planning and sales activities
  • Support the sales team in prospecting and following up with potential clients
  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials for upcoming events and sales campaigns
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of event expenses

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in event planning or sales support is preferred
