Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and polished Executive Assistant to support our CEO/Creative Director. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, managing a dynamic schedule, overseeing critical communications, and ensuring seamless coordination across business and creative endeavors. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Schedule Management:

•           Maintain and optimize the CEO/Creative Director's calendar, ensuring efficient time allocation for meetings, design reviews, and strategic initiatives.

•           Coordinate appointments, travel arrangements, and personal commitments with precision and discretion.

Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support:

•           Partner with the CEO/Creative Director and HR to identify, scout, and recruit top talent across all departments, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and standards.

•           Assist in coordinating interviews, reviewing candidate profiles, and managing follow-up communications.

•           Stay informed about industry trends and emerging talent to support strategic hiring initiatives

Communication & Liaison:

•           Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including stakeholders, partners, and team members.

•           Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO/Creative Director.

•           Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing and escalating matters as needed.

Project Support:

•           Assist with the organization and execution of special projects, events, and presentations.

•           Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and goals are met.

Administrative Excellence:

•           Oversee daily administrative tasks, including expense reports, document management, and maintaining office supplies.

•           Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism.

Qualifications:

•           Experience:

•           Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or creative industries.

Skills:
