Rock Spring Contracting is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Construction Foreman Assistant to support our site supervisors and help ensure the smooth and efficient execution of daily operations on construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with construction experience who is looking to take on more leadership responsibility and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Foreman in overseeing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinate labor and materials to meet project schedules
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and OSHA standards
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Help track project progress and document daily activities
  • Perform hands-on work as needed to support crews
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory

      • Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
