This is not a task-taking role. It is an ownership role for someone who wants to protect a leader’s time, run the systems that keep a firm moving, and grow into a central pillar of the practice for years to come. Responsibilities: • What You’ll Own This role exists to protect the Managing Attorney’s time, ensure execution across the firm, and serve as the central hub for communication, scheduling, and follow-through.
