Overview: TIG Welder:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated TIG Welder to join our manufacturing and construction support team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in TIG welding, with a strong focus on precision, safety, and quality. This role involves working on diverse projects that require fabrication, assembly, and welding of various metal components in accordance with technical specifications and industry standards. The successful applicant will contribute to the timely completion of projects while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety protocols.

Duties: TIG Welder:
  • Perform TIG welding on a variety of metals, including sheet metal, ductwork, and pipe components, adhering strictly to blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Read and interpret detailed schematics, blueprints, and welding symbols to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to prepare materials for welding.
  • Conduct precise measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure components meet specified tolerances.
  • Execute MIG welding and FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) processes as needed for specific applications.
  • Engage in mechanical tasks such as pipe threading, rigging, and assembly of fabricated parts in construction or manufacturing environments.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols related to welding operations, including proper handling of gases and electrical equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring adherence to ASME codes & standards for quality assurance.

Skills: TIG Welder:
