Temporary Administrative Assistant
Roncalli Catholic Schools | Roncalli High School (Manitowoc, WI)
Pay: $16.00-$19.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time during the school year; reduced summer hours
Status: Temporary, non-exempt

This role combines front office reception, administrative support, student services, and school operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and committed to maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced school environment.
What you'll do
Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors.
Answer and direct calls, manage mail and deliveries, and monitor visitor check-in procedures.
Provide administrative support to the Principal and President.
Manage calendars, appointments, correspondence, and office records.
Support attendance processes and maintain accurate student records.
Maintain health room documentation, communicate with parents, and distribute medications as required.
Prepare daily bulletins, report cards, certificates, and school mailings.
Coordinate school events and support substitute teacher scheduling.
Complete other duties as assigned.
