Job Summary
KJZZ seeks a part time Administrative Assistant to provide excellent customer service to its members by phone and email. This position is responsible for data input, record reconciliation, and data maintenance. This position also includes but is not limited to the composing of correspondence letters, as well as other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
35% - Provide Customer Service
35% - Database processes and maintenance, and also other duties as assigned
30% - Compose correspondence letters
Minimum Qualifications
A. Associate Degree, College Degree or equivalent experience
B. One (1) or more years of experience providing customer service through phone and email
C. One (1) year experience with data input and reconciliation
D. Experience gathering and compiling data and information from various sources for the purpose of generating reports
E. One (1) or more years of experience with Word, Excel and CRM systems
Desired Qualifications
A. One (1) year of non-profit experience working with donors
B. Demonstrated experience composing correspondence for multiple audiences
