Descripción General:

El Asistente de Técnico Automotriz apoya al Técnico en la reparación, mantenimiento y diagnóstico de vehículos, asegurando que los trabajos se realicen de manera eficiente y según los estándares de seguridad y calidad establecidos, tanto de la Empresa, como de la marca que representa. Este puesto tiene un enfoque en apoyar la labor técnica, asegurando que el taller funcione correctamente y que los vehículos reciban el cuidado necesario.

Deberes y Responsabilidades esenciales:

  • Asistir al técnico en la identificación y diagnóstico de problemas mecánicos y electrónicos en los vehículos.
  • Realizar trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo, como cambios de aceite, filtros, revisión de frenos, entre otros.
  • Apoyar en la reparación de sistemas eléctricos, de frenos, suspensión, transmisión y motor.
  • Utilizar herramientas y equipos adecuados para realizar las reparaciones y mantenimientos.
  • Mantener las herramientas y el equipo de trabajo en buen estado y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Auxiliar en la identificación y solicitud de repuestos necesarios para las reparaciones.
  • Asegurarse de que los repuestos sean correctos y estén en condiciones óptimas.
  • Mantener el taller limpio y organizado.
  • Garantizar que todas las áreas de trabajo estén libres de riesgos, respetando las normas de seguridad y salud.
  • Asistir a los clientes, si es necesario, para explicar los servicios realizados o recibir información sobre problemas con sus vehículos.
  • Colaborar en la gestión de citas y coordinar tiempos con el equipo de técnicos.
  • Seguir estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad durante las labores en el taller.
  • Usar equipo de protección personal adecuado.
  • Participar en capacitaciones técnicas y en el aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías automotrices.

Requisitos

Cursos completados como Técnico Automotriz o equivalencia.

Licencia de Conducir vigente.

Experiencia Manejando Autos.

Experiencia en Servicio al Cliente.

Destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita.

Conocimiento básico de reparación, diagnóstico y electrónica automotriz .

Capacidad para diagnosticar problemas de manera eficiente y efectiva.

Capacidad para trabajar tiempo adicional, cuando sea requerido, con el fin de cumplir con las tareas asignadas.

Capacidad para colaborar con otros Técnicos Automotrices y personal del taller.
