How much do assistant technical operations analyst jobs pay per year?

As of Jul 16, 2026, the average yearly pay for assistant technical operations analyst in the United States is $71,673.00, according to ZipRecruiter salary data. Most workers in this role earn between $49,000.00 and $83,500.00 per year, depending on experience, location, and employer.

What jobs pay $500,000 a year in the US?

In the US, high-paying roles such as senior executive positions (e.g., CEOs, CFOs), successful entrepreneurs, and top-tier investment bankers can earn $500,000 or more annually. Certain specialized medical professionals, like neurosurgeons and orthopedic surgeons, also reach this level with experience and bonuses. These roles typically require advanced education, extensive experience, and often involve performance-based incentives or ownership stakes.

Is SOC 1 entry level?

SOC 1 (Service Organization Control 1) reports are audit reports used to evaluate internal controls at service organizations and are not job roles. For an Assistant Technical Operations Analyst, entry-level positions typically require foundational knowledge of IT and controls, but the SOC 1 report itself is a compliance document, not a job level. Entry-level roles in technical operations may involve learning about controls, audits, and relevant tools, but the SOC 1 report is not an entry-level position.

What does a technical operations analyst do?

A technical operations analyst monitors and maintains an organization’s IT systems, ensuring smooth operation and resolving technical issues. They often analyze system performance, implement improvements, and support infrastructure using tools like monitoring software and scripting. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of network and system administration are essential for this role.

What jobs will no longer exist in 2030?

The Assistant Technical Operations Analyst role is unlikely to disappear by 2030, but some routine technical support jobs may be automated or replaced by AI and advanced tools. Roles that primarily involve manual data entry or basic troubleshooting are at higher risk of obsolescence as technology advances and automation becomes more prevalent.
