We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals for the role of Resident Aide - Med Tech - CNA at our AdvisaCare Independent Living Community locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Administering medications as prescribed
  • Assisting residents with daily activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to supervision
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the residents

*Currently Looking for 2nd shift aides*

Requirements

  • MUST have a current CNA license
  • Recent experience in assisted living or similar environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Must possess a compassionate personality and a strong desire to assist others
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • CPR Certification is a plus
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
