Primary Role: Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Communicate with project leader/immediate supervisor to make sure all customer needs are met. Support project leader/immediate supervisor and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed.

Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to project leader/immediate supervisor and customers are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly

Project Technician Roles and Responsibilities Summary

The following are the primary Roles and Responsibilities of a PuroClean® Project Technician. For a more detailed description of the job expectations, requirements, Key Measurements and related resources, please review the full Roles and Responsibilities document.

1. Executive: Customer Satisfaction a. Notify project leader/immediate supervisor of customer needs and concerns.

2. Production: Production Processes and Jobsite Support a. Adhere to PuroClean® 1-4-8 job response.

b. Perform production processes following PuroClean® production guidelines per work order and per project leader/immediate supervisor directions.

c. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.

d. Follow PuroClean® uniform policy.

e. Develop production expertise: services, cleaning products, and equipment.

3. Human Resources: Communication a. Ensure clear two-way communication with project leader/immediate supervisor and other technicians.

4. Production: Maintenance and Equipment Repair a. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearance.

b. Clean and maintain facilities.

5. Executive: Safety and Risk Management a. Attend safety training.

b. Understand and follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling.

6. Additional: Other Duties, as Assigned a. Take ownership of Roles and Responsibilities.

b. Handle recurring and unique tasks, as necessary.
