What You’ll Do

  • Create a warm, engaging, and safe classroom environment
  • Support hands‑on learning, social‑emotional development, and age‑appropriate skills
  • Guide children through daily routines with patience and positivity
  • Communicate daily with families
  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom
  • Collaborate with co‑teachers and leadership
Lead Teachers also take the lead on lesson planning, classroom organization, and developmental observations.
