Executes operating plan for specific team. Develops and implements strategy and vision for the team.Job Description:Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)Oversees the planning and implementation of IT identification and system governance related projects that have an impact on corporate revenue stream, customer facing functions or critical internal functions. Manages project budgets, timelines, and risks.Manage the execution and on-going day-to-day maintenance related activities of IT identification and system governance related initiatives & projects.May assist senior manager and/or directors in the development of department budgets/plans.Collects and reviews information for improvement initiatives related to identification and system governanceCoaches, mentors and develops team members through recruitment, hiring, development plans, performance management, career development, training to assure appropriate resources and minimize costs for completion of projects within designated time frames.Manages outsourced services within project constraints.
