Overview

Carle Health is seeking a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Primary Care team in Canton, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Position Details Include:

  • Join an established practice with two Primary Care Physicians and dedicated support staff

  • Position will be based out of our Carle Health Canton outpatient clinic

  • Flexible work schedule

  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

  • Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility

Education Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

  • Experience in Women's Preventative Health required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

The compensation range for this position is $56.37 - $73.29/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
