Role and Responsibilities

System Engineering โ€“ II

Under direction, assist in the development or modification of systems and subsystems including:

  • Functional and empirical analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of hardware, systems and subsystems for products.
  • Investigating and resolving operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
  • Requirements management, analysis and decomposition.
  • System performance modeling, MATLAB coding.
  • System integration.
  • Hardware/Software integration and test.
  • System test and verification.
  • Embedded systems design and development.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics or related field, or equivalent.

Industry Experience

2 to 4 years of related experience.

Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience performing systems engineering activities relative to the design and development of new and existing systems/subsystems software.
  • Experience with third/fourth generation languages in the design and implementation of systems.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in state of the art real-time software design and development is required.
