We have an exciting opportunity for a Project / Business Analyst supporting an enterprise implementation.


Job Details


Job Title: Project / Business Analyst
Location: Boise, ID (Primarily Onsite) 4 days onsite
Duration: Contract


Key Responsibilities



  • Support Project Managers with project planning, status updates, action items, and coordination.

  • Assist with UAT, testing, permissions, issue resolution, and system readiness.

  • Coordinate with business, technical, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Create learner guides, knowledge articles, and launch communications.

  • Support ServiceNow tickets and post-launch user inquiries.

  • Participate in Agile sprints while working within a broader waterfall project.


Required Qualifications



  • 2+ years of Project Coordination, Business Analysis, or System Implementation experience.

  • Hands-on experience with UAT, testing, and enterprise software implementations.

  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience supporting Project Managers rather than leading large projects.

  • Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.


Preferred Skills



  • Workday, ServiceNow, Degreed, LMS, LXP, or HRIS platforms.

  • Ms Project, Ms Planner, Jira, or similar project management tools.

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS/LXP) or HR technology implementations.

  • Agile and Waterfall project experience.


Work Arrangement



  • Primarily onsite in Boise, Idaho.

  • Candidates should be comfortable working from the office Monday through Thursday.
