The Accounting Systems Analyst serves as a key liaison between Accounting/Finance, IT, and internal development teams. This role is responsible for supporting financial systems, enhancing reporting and analytics capabilities, and driving integration between the companyโ€™s ERP platform and internal software solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong accounting knowledge with technical aptitude to improve processes, data accuracy, and system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Systems amp; Integration
    • Act as the primary bridge between the ERP system and internal platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system alignment
    • Partner with internal development/innovation teams to design, test, and implement system integrations and automation
    • Support ongoing ERP configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting
    • Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through system enhancements and automation
  • Financial Data amp; Analytics
    • Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and data models to support business decision-making

Qualifications
Education amp; Experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3โ€“7+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or business systems analysis
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Technical Skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
