Job Overview:
Senior Analyst, Analytics - Coffee Systems - Walmart Inc.
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is looking for a highly motivated, analytically minded storyteller to join its Coffee Systems Insights & Analytics Team.
As the Sr Analyst, you will partner with the sales team to provide strategic, consultative guidance that drives growth across emerging brands and supports annual Net Revenue and Profit growth targets. This individual must be an agile learner and display an ability to work within a fast-paced, growth-focused team environment.
Primary responsibilities for this role are to provide and translate end-to-end analytics needed to optimize trademark performance, improve operational execution, and evaluate shopper engagement for decision-making.
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
This role will be based in the Rogers, AR office with attendance required at some customer HQ calls with minimal travel.
JOB SIZE AND SCOPE
  • Analytical and Planning Support on a +$700 Million Portfolio
  • KDP Personnel Supported: Senior Vice President, Vice President, 3 Directors, 2 NAE's, 3 Supply Chain Managers/Analysts, 2 Commercial Managers, 1 Revenue Growth Managers
  • Walmart Inc. Categories Supported: 4 Categories and Merchants (Coffee, Tea, Brewers, Accessories)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create, maintain and communicate all daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting for the Walmart Inc. Coffee Systems sales team
  • Administer and communicate promotional event tracking and develop long term opportunities utilizing IRI and Walmart Scintilla
  • Build recommendations for Assortment opportunities and Promotional strategies
  • Maintain Monthly Business Review templates and presentations
  • Assist with Weekly and Monthly buyer presentations
  • Assist with data analytic needs for internal Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Planning
  • Assist in forecasting and volume projections for all Coffee Systems items, particularly seasonal or holiday feature items
  • Analyze Walmart Supply Chain reporting and collaborate with operations to team optimize in-stocks and product flow
  • Proactively create Best in Class tools and processes for the Walmart Inc. Coffee Sales team that will help unlock future growth
  • Present future-looking ideas internally to leadership and externally to customer

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $133,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree from accredited institution required
• Minimum 4 years of experience using MS Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel
• Competence and/or curiosity around data visualization platforms
• Prefer experience in "Fortune 500" company or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry working with Sam's Club or Walmart
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Walmart Retail Link/Madrid/Scintilla retailer portal or internal retailer process interaction preferred.
• Experience successfully developing sales plans and executing via an effective sales strategy
• Well organized, analysis driven with pragmatic approach
• Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
