Job Type: Contract (12 month assignment)

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications Administrator to serve as the primary technical owner and administrator of a Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLMS). This individual will oversee system configuration, integrations, security, workflows, automation, governance, troubleshooting, and overall platform stability across multiple business departments.

This role is ideal for a technology professional with strong enterprise application administration experience, integration expertise, and a passion for improving business processes through automation and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer system configurations, workflows, permissions, roles, licenses, fields, tables, layouts, and master data.
  • Configure and maintain approval routing, automation rules, templates, notifications, clause libraries, and contract workflows.
  • Manage integrations with enterprise platforms including e-signature tools, identity management systems, HR/ERP systems, email platforms, and other connected applications.
  • Monitor system performance, workflow execution, automation pipelines, scheduled imports, and integration health.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues, integration failures, user access concerns, workflow errors, and data-related issues.
  • Analyze system and integration logs to identify root causes and coordinate issue resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, environment management (Development, Test, Production), releases, upgrades, and change management activities.
  • Maintain system security, data integrity, compliance documentation, audit records, standard operating procedures, and governance controls.
  • Assist with onboarding new departments and expanding platform adoption across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and leadership to implement enhancements and process improvements.


Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, enterprise platform administration, or integration support.
  • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise applications, workflows, permissions, security roles, fields, tables, and customizations.
  • Advanced experience with Workato or a similar integration platform.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth2, API authentication, SSO, and identity/access management concepts.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
  • Experience troubleshooting integration logs, workflow failures, automation errors, and system issues.
  • Familiarity with Dev/Test/Prod environments, release management, Agile methodologies, and change control processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience administering Agiloft or another Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or similar automation and integration tools.
  • Knowledge of data governance, audit controls, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
  • Experience supporting system migrations, upgrades, or enterprise platform implementations.
  • Agiloft University certifications, Workato certifications, or related technical certifications.
