Job description

Assistant Swim Coach, Varsity Girls

Begins November 2026 

Summary: Pembroke Hill is seeking dedicated and experienced individual to serve our Varsity Girl Swim program as Assistant Coach. The assistant coach will be responsible for assisting with practices, supporting the head coach, and maintaining open communication with the athletic department, parents, and team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Previous experience in swim, ideally in a coaching capacity
  • Proven experience and ability to work effectively with young athletes

Schedule: Practice times are daily from 4:00 - 6:00 pm at the UMKC Aquatic Center. Season runs first week in November through the second week in March, depending upon state competition. Competitions may be during the week, some may be on a weekend. 

Compensation: $5,570 for the season
