Daffodil Storage is currently seeking a part-time Assistant Storage Manager for our location in Puyallup.
We're looking for dependable, customer-focused individuals who want to contribute to a growing company that values teamwork, exceptional service, and positive customer relationships.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and in accordance with company policies
  • Assist with rent collection and account follow-up
  • Promote and sell retail products while maintaining product knowledge
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
  • Support maintenance staff and help ensure the property and vacant units remain clean and well maintained
  • Assist with renting moving trucks ranging from 16' to 26' (limited on-site driving required)

Qualifications
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Comfortable explaining and recommending company products and services
  • Ability to follow company procedures and policies
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while managing multiple transactions
  • Flexible availability to work any day of the week between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Monday-Sunday)
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
