Assistant Station Leader – Ground Transportation (ATL)

The Opportunity

We’re seeking an Assistant Station Leader to support our busy ATL operation. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience who is ready to step into a larger leadership role in a 24/7/365 transportation environment. You will be a key partner to the Station Leader, helping oversee daily operations, support drivers, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service to our airline partners.


What You’ll Do

  • Support daily oversight of a 24/7 ground-transportation operation at ATL.
  • Assist in managing, coaching, and developing teams of drivers.
  • Help maintain schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to meet airline requirements.
  • Promote and enforce safety, DOT compliance, and company policies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues proactively.
  • Help build strong relationships with airline partners and internal leadership.
  • Step in as acting leader when Station Leader is off-site.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in transportation, logistics, aviation, hospitality, or another high-volume service industry.
  • A hands-on operator who is comfortable being visible and active in the field.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a 24/7/365 environment with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety best practices is a plus (training provided).
  • Must live in the ATL area.
