Assistant Stage Managers (ASMs) are key members of a theatre production team who support the Stage Manager in coordinating all aspects of a performance. Their duties typically include helping with rehearsals, managing backstage operations, communicating between departments, and ensuring props and set pieces are in place. ASMs act as a bridge between the cast, crew, and Stage Manager, making sure the show runs smoothly and efficiently. Their organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for the success of live performances.

We provide event services for any type of event. This involves planning, preparation, loading, unloading, assembly, testing, maintenance and tear-down of large quantities event rental and custom produced equipment.

We work a widely varied and changing schedule, including days, nights, weekends and long shifts. And many events happen on holidays. We work outdoors and indoors, in any kind of weather. • Customer service, polite interfacing with clients.
  • Installing and setting up equipment at job sites.
  • Cleaning and maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and facilities.

  • Set up and test equipment. Maintain the equipment as needed. Customize our installations to meet customer needs.
  • Ability and willingness to assist with other aspects of events of all types. We offer a strongly diversified amount of services- and look for candidates with a willingness to pitch in, in any capacity- as needed.

A successful applicant will have:

  • A valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Commercial license is a plus. Ability to safely tow and park trailers.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to shelf, in and out of road cases, etc.
  • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills, including clear email communication, and the ability to learn and proficiently use applications for a variety of needs.
  • Ability and willingness to work in varying capacities as needed.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently supervise, communicate, and participate with working on all types of crews.

We have high expectations of our employees, including:

  • Punctuality, flexibility and focus. Always on time and ready to work. Arrive early, rested, healthy, appropriately dressed and groomed, with appropriate outerwear, tools and supplies. This is the event industry/show biz. Everything must happen on time, every time. The audience/guests will be there at doors, whether we are ready or not.
  • Integrity and Honesty. The willingness to do things the right way (regardless of how many easy ways there may be), and be accountable for the results.
  • Attention to detail. A focus on accomplishing the work in a safe, efficient manner, adhering to the highest standards of workmanship. There is no margin for error.
  • Willingness to learn. An open mind, a desire for more knowledge, skills and new challenges. As needed and available, training will be provided in all aspects of our work.

This is a full-time position, with potential for advancement. If you believe that you truly do have what it takes to be a part of our team, we would love to hear from you.
