We are looking for a motivated Assistant General Manager to help support our growing programs and ensure an excellent experience for players, parents, coaches, and staff.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of youth sports leagues and clinics
  • Help recruit, train, and manage coaches and game-day staff
  • Provide excellent customer service to parents and participants
  • Assist with registration, scheduling, and administrative tasks
  • Set up and break down sports equipment at program locations
  • Help oversee game-day operations and staff performance
  • Maintain communication with participants, staff, and community partners
  • Support marketing and grassroots outreach efforts as needed

Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
