Assistant Sports Card Breaker Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and dynamic Sports Card Breaker / On-Air Livestream Sales professional to join our growing team!

As a Sports Card Breaker, you will be the face and voice of our live sports card broadcasts. You will host live breaks, showcase products, interact with collectors in real time, and create an exciting and engaging shopping experience for our audience.

This is an opportunity to combine your passion for sports and sports cards with live entertainment and sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, knowledgeable about the sports card hobby, and able to keep an audience engaged while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging live sports card breaks across platforms such as Fanatics Live, Whatnot, TikTok Live, eBay Live, and other platforms as needed.
• Open and showcase sports card products on camera while maintaining an energetic and entertaining broadcast.
• Interact with viewers in real time, answer questions, provide product information, and build relationships with collectors.
• Accurately identify players, teams, sets, parallels, inserts, autographs, memorabilia cards, and other card variations.
• Communicate product details, pulls, and notable cards clearly and confidently to viewers.
• Create an exciting and welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement and repeat business.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current sports, players, teams, products, and trends within the sports card hobby.
• Handle valuable sports cards carefully and follow all procedures for card protection, sorting, security, and inventory handling.
• Follow company procedures for live breaks, inventory control, card security, and customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional streaming environment.
• Work closely with Fulfillment, Customer Service, Content, and Social Media teams to support the overall customer experience.
• Participate in promotional content, photography, video, and other marketing initiatives when needed.
• Maintain professionalism and positive energy throughout extended live broadcasts.
• Follow all company policies and platform-specific rules and requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge of sports cards, collectibles, and the modern sports card hobby.
• Knowledge of major professional sports leagues, teams, players, and current athletes.
• Ability to accurately identify sports cards and understand common hobby terminology.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to engage an audience naturally.
• Comfortable being on camera and speaking to an audience for extended periods.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling valuable collectibles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a sports card breaker or livestream host.
• Previous experience in livestream sales, e-commerce, retail, or customer-facing sales.
• Experience with Fanatics Live, Whatnot, TikTok Live, eBay Live, or similar livestream platforms.
• Experience creating social media or video content.
• Familiarity with sports card products, manufacturers, and current hobby trends.
• Experience handling, sorting, sleeving, and protecting collectible cards.

Professional experience is not required if you have strong sports-card knowledge and the personality to succeed on camera.

Position Details:
Location: Aventura, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $15–$25 per hour, based on experience + Commission
Schedule: Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Setting: On-Site
