Role Overview
As a D1 Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-level training while driving client satisfaction and long-term retention. This is more than coaching workouts-it's about building relationships, tracking progress, and helping athletes stay committed to their goals.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)

Compensation
• $22-$30/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
• Commission opportunities tied to training package sales, renewals, and client retention
