360X Staffing is hiring for Solar Electricians in Lemoore, CA.

Pay: $83.00/hr

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Commercial Solar Electricians to support the installation and completion of a commercial solar project. Electricians will perform a variety of commercial electrical installation tasks, including DC/AC wiring, equipment terminations, conduit installation, and solar system connections. Candidates should be comfortable working in a construction environment and following all applicable safety and electrical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Install and terminate DC and AC electrical wiring
  • Complete solar panel, inverter, and equipment connections
  • Install and connect switchgear and electrical equipment
  • Install and connect EV charging equipment
  • Install, route, and bend electrical conduit
  • Pull and route wire and cable
  • Perform equipment and electrical terminations
  • Assist with commercial electrical installations and system completion
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify installation issues
  • Read and interpret electrical plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements

Requirements

  • OSHA 10 certification required
  • California General Electrician Certification required
  • Commercial electrical experience preferred
  • Previous solar electrical experience is a plus
  • Ability to safely use common electrical tools and equipment
  • Ability to work at heights and in an outdoor construction environment
  • Must be able to follow electrical plans, specifications, and safety procedures
