Description
API Management team is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will be responsible for the core software engineering tasks in a project team. The selected individual will be required to work with dynamic teams that are driven by project delivery goals also he/she should possess the drive to learn and continuously improve on work performances and assist software engineers in writing quality code.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Play a key role in the software development process by participating and even leading in the conceptualization, design, planning, specification, and development
Assist your scrum team with planning, scoping, and building of technical solutions for new capabilities
Continue to acquire specialized functional knowledge, more complex skills and operating practices
Remain flexible and responsive to changing priorities and multiple, concurrent responsibilities
Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance issues and incorrect application behavior
Be a developer advocate for the API Management Program
Make optimum utilization of engineering tools and technologies to maintain a high productivity level in the team
Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with strong fundamentals and problem solving skills, or equivalent work experience
8 years' experience in software development
Strong experience in Distributed Architecture; knowledgeable/experience with Enterprise Architecture, Database Design
Experience in global solutions in public and private cloud (AWS)
Experience in service integration and API design (REST, ESB, Streaming Pub/Sub)

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with strong fundamentals and problem solving skills, or equivalent work experience
8 years' experience in software development
