Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily slot operations and ensure the successful performance of slot equipment and gaming activities.
  • Provide exceptional guest service while promoting Bally's Born to Entertain culture and building strong guest relationships.
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and support team members to drive operational excellence and superior guest service.
  • Monitor gaming floor activity, ensuring compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and internal controls.
  • Identify and address suspicious, irregular, or operational issues, taking appropriate action when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot slot-related concerns and provide hands-on support to team members and guests.
  • Assist with guest inquiries, departmental projects, regulatory matters, and team member development.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate staff through ongoing coaching, feedback, and corrective action when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

  • Target Hourly Rate: $28.85/hr.

Additional Benefits:

  • $7 Daily Employee Parking

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally move or push equipment weighing up to 500 pounds.
  • Frequently push, pull, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, twist, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Requires visual acuity, peripheral awareness, and manual dexterity to inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain slot equipment.
  • Works in a fast-paced casino environment with exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and high-pressure situations.

Education

Excellent communication skills required (required)
Two to three years in slot operations or another casino leadership role (required)
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent (required)
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board (required)
Must be 21 years of age or older (required)
