Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art surgical center, designed to facilitate a range of dermatological procedures. The center is equipped with the latest technology and supported by a full team of Medical Assistants (MAs) dedicated to ensuring efficient patient flow and a seamless experience. Here, you will collaboratively engage with administrative, marketing, and IT support teams to optimize operational processes, enhancing both patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
• Administer a range of cosmetic treatments and procedures, broadening the array of services available to our clientele.
• Collaborate with MAs to facilitate patient appointments and streamline processes, ensuring patients receive timely and personalized care.
• Utilize specialized scribing services to ensure accurate and efficient documentation of patient encounters in adherence with medical guidelines.
• Engage with the in-house billing and marketing teams to support processes that enhance patient engagement and satisfaction.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and best practices in dermatology and cosmetic treatments, integrating this knowledge into patient care strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physician Assistant will provide care to a diverse patient population in Galveston, addressing various dermatological concerns from general skin rashes to complex skin cancers. Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a general dermatology setting is required, providing a solid foundation for diagnosing and treating skin conditions.
• Possession of a valid and unrestricted Physician Assistant license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
